Cheek Implants

Your cheeks are what frame the central part of your face, and their shape and size have a huge effect on your facial appearance. Your cheekbones establish symmetry, balance, and definition in your appearance, which is exactly what we can help you to achieve. At FacesFirst, we are facial plastic surgery experts working with you to achieve a naturally beautiful look. This is your face – trust it to trained hands.

Cheek implants are an excellent choice for people who want permanent results that can be exceptionally consistent. Cheek implant surgery is a safe, in-office procedure and is even reversible. Silicone implants are inserted through a small incision inside the skin of the upper lip or mouth to fill out the mid-face region, adding volume and creating a more defined, youthful shape to the face. Because the incisions are contained within the mouth, there is no visible sign of surgery in the cheek areas once healed. Your surgeon will help you select the right approach for your ideal outcomes.

Chin Implants

Your jaw and chin are what frame the lower part of your face. A strong, straight jawline can add a sense of youthfulness that can define your facial structure and bring balance to the face. Patients of all ages may consider adding definition to their chin and jaw to achieve a better balance of beauty.

Adding definition with a chin implant or mandibular implant may be an excellent option for those who want a permanent solution that will give them the jawline they have always wanted. A small or receding chin can make a nose or forehead look bigger, and a facial implant is a great way to correct this. A narrow face is also improved with a mandible or jaw line implant. This is a short surgical procedure with minimal downtime. It typically involves incisions inside the lower lip or underneath the chin where the implant is placed against the underlying bone. If your neck sagging is what is bothering you the most, frequently a chin implant will instantly enhance facial proportions and improve the neck line as well. It may also be combined with a neck lift procedure.

Combining Your Facial Implants Procedure

Facial implants can easily be combined with other procedures to further harmonize the face. You might choose to opt for both types of facial implants or combine one type with rhinoplasty to further sculpt your facial profile. You may also opt for anti-aging surgeries like upper eyelid surgery or lower eyelid surgery to achieve a brighter, more youthful look. Our team will help you select the best option during a consultation.

Facial Implant Results and Recovery

You can expect minor swelling after your facial implants are placed. Your surgeon will prescribe medications to help manage swelling. Most people return to regular activities within 1-2 weeks of recovery time but it may take several weeks for final results to emerge after surgery. You will check in with your surgeon during your follow up appointments to ensure your results are progressing as planned. Once your facial implant recovery is complete, you will see noticeable improvement in the overall look and contours of your face, with a more defined chin, jaw, or cheeks.
